Refund policy
All our garments are made to order, which is why we only accept exchanges for the same item in a different size. We have a 15-day exchange policy, meaning you have 15 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it.
Exchanges
To proceed with the exchange of your product, you can either send the item to our studio address (provided via email once you make the exchange request) or request a shipping label, which will be charged to your order. Once we have received your item, we will send you the new size.
Refunds
We only accept refunds for defective items or for products specifically marked as ready to ship in the product description.
